We'd like to take a moment to help you get acquainted with our new Online Print Center.
First Time Visitors
If you're a first-time visitor to our Online Print Center, we think you'll find it quite easy to use. The first time you use any of our Customer Service forms (forms found by clicking Request an Estimate / Place an Order / Send a File) we'll ask you for your contact information. We'll use your information to create a free Online Print Center account, and we'll send your unique account information to the e-mail address you provide.
We'll also automatically log you into the system, and keep you logged in for up to one year unless you specifically logout. (You'll want to logout if you are accessing the Online Print Center through a "public" computer.)
If you have used the Online Print Center in the last year, you may already be logged in. If not, you may login by clicking the Online Print Center button, or by clicking the login link on any Customer Service form (Request an Estimate / Place an Order / Send a File).
Logging into the system saves you time because you won't have to reenter your contact information. You also gain the benefit of having immediate access to your online activity, including both current work in progress and historical orders.
Online Job Tickets
Any time you place an order or send a file, a job ticket is created for you. The job ticket provides both of us with a way to communicate about all aspects of your job as it moves through our system. You may add files to the job ticket at any time, and we'll use it to add proofs for your review when necessary. The job ticket also allows both of us to add notes to the job at any time, which helps ensure we can keep each other up to date with important information about your project.
You may be wondering, where did the Forms Factory go? If you used the Forms Factory in the past ... don't worry! Your information is still here. Use your Forms Factory account information to login to the system, and all your Forms Factory information will be revealed to you. Access your Forms Factory categories by clicking the Place an Order button. Your Forms Factory items will appear in the Document Library pulldown menu.
If you had an account on our previous system (other than Forms Factory) we'd invite you to create a new account. Unfortunately, your previous account information and order history cannot be retained. You may create a new account by clicking the Online Print Center button and then the Create a New Account link, or you may create a new account by entering your contact information on any Customer Service form and submitting the form.
